Allen Simon is webmaster of ChoralNet. Along with Martin Knowles, he developed the user interface for ChoralNet's website, including a custom-written content management system, and continues to develop new features for ChoralNet and fix problems as they arise. He supervises and assists new users, edits the News  and Featured Photo areas of the home page, advises moderators throughout the system, writes Help pages, points users to items in the Resources, and writes periodically for ChoralBlog.

 

Dr. Simon is also a composer and conductor. Here's part of a Bach passion he conducted a couple of years ago with the Alameda choir Soli Deo Gloria:
